The Women in Leadership

is the Northern America's premier business awards ceremony with focus spotlight on the success of executives such as CEOs, CFO's Managing Directors, Directors and senior-level management.

The 2020 awards accepting entries now until Feb 28, 2020. Finalists will be announced on March 27, 2020 at the First Annual Women in Leadership Awards Ceremony. Our intention is to give a worthy individual the recognition she deserves as well as to use their example to inspire other business leaders to achieve similar success.

Nominees and Voting

The objective of the award is meant to recognize, honor and celebrate women in leadership and governance, as well as to advocate for women involvement in governance and leadership.

Women In Leadership Awards

Typically nominees for Women In Leadership Awards are alpha women who have excelled in leadership. These are highly successful women who have impacted the society and left foot prints in the hearts of the people they lead. Think of that woman in your city who has never been recognized but has impacted the society immensely and touched the hearts of families.

Women In Leadership Awards

Nomination categories offer many sections of leadership to cover both governments, large and small public and private organizations.
The sectors to be awarded are and not limited to, education, health, entrepreneurship, media, politics, transport and communication, IT, Insurance, Energy sector, mining, Oil sector, law, corporate commercial award (small corporate commercial award (large) communication, social work sector, unsung hero award, rising star award, marketing, administration, mentorship among other categories that are set to be awarded.

Women In Leadership Awards

These women, who will be awarded, will be identified through nomination by the Northern America's community. Thereafter, they will be subjected to voting system based on their areas of leadership and a thorough scrutiny by a panel of judges who have been identified from the Northern America's community.
